About

Message. Mobilize. Mulberry.

History

Amy Kaminski and Ashley Henry Shook have worked together since 2011, first at an independent government affairs firm and then at an ancillary government affairs firm of a major international law firm.  Ashley specialized in grassroots lobbying, strategic communications, government relations, and business development, while Amy focused on government relations, grassroots lobbying, lobbying disclosure compliance, and general business consulting.  We came to develop a natural synergy rooted in a strong and diligent work ethic.  We realized that together, we can make anything happen.  We decided to harness that energy to start our own public affairs firm and help our clients achieve their issue advocacy goals.

Why Mulberry?  A shade of purple, Mulberry represents the combination of our differing political views and collaborative spirit. Mulberry is truly a bi-partisan firm, leveraging contacts and experience from both sides of the aisle.  Combined, Amy and Ashley have more than 30 years of experience in Mulberry's service offerings.
